复方紫草膏换药联合红外线理疗促进肛肠病术后创口愈合的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察复方紫草膏纱条换药联合红外线治疗仪理疗促进肛肠病术后创面愈合的临床疗效，将130例肛肠病术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组65例采用复方紫草膏纱条换药联合红外线理疗治疗；对照组65例采用凡士林纱条换药治疗，观察两组创面愈合情况。结果显示，观察组创面红肿消失时间、脓性分泌物消失时间、肉芽组织生长情况、创口愈合时间、平均住院时间均明显优于对照组。结果表明，复方紫草膏纱条换药联合红外线治疗仪理疗促进肛肠病术后创口愈合疗效明显，可缩短疗程和住院时间，而且无毒副作用。In order to observe the clinical efficacy of compound lithospermum ointment with infrared physi- cal therapy to promote postoperative wound surface healing in anorectal disease,130 postoperative patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 patients for each. Compound lithosper- mum ointment gauze strip dressing changes with infrared physical therapy was given to observation group, vaseline gauze strip dressing changes to the controls. Wound surface healing was observed in both groups. The results showed that observation group was superior to control group in the time for the disappearance of wound surface swelling and purulent secretion discharge, growth of granulation tissues, wound healing time and average hospital stay. It is concluded that compound lithospermum ointment gauze strip dressing changes with infrared physical therapy is effective for promoting postoperative wound healing in anorectal disease,and can shorten treatment course and hospital stav,without any side effects.
