高校研究生、本科生“一体化”管理模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：随着高校研究生的逐年扩招,研究生人数与日俱增,研究生管理、思想政治教育已成为高校学生管理工作的重点和难点。开展高校研究生、本科生"一体化"管理,通过研究生、本科生共同抓党建、科研学术研究生带动本科生、文体活动本科生联合研究生等措施,可以达到优势互补、共同进步的效果。With the enrollment expansion of postgraduates in colleges and universities year by year,the number of postgraduates is growing with each passing day,graduate management,ideological and political education have become the important and difficult points of student management in Colleges and universities.This paper explores undergraduate-postgraduate ＂integration＂ management,which can achieve complementary advantages,mutual progress effect through the measures of postgraduate-undergraduate common party building,postgraduates guiding undergraduates in academic research,undergraduates uniting postgraduates etc.
