摘 要:目的:为提高工作场所空气中有机磷检测的灵敏度与稳定性,对检测基质条件进行了优化探讨。方法:通过丙酮或者甲醇溶剂解析空气采样管样品,取一定量解析液加入优化后基质改进剂以火焰光度检测器(FPD)测定。结果:九种组分的保留时间稳定,峰形尖锐,达到完全基线分离,加标回收率在91.6%~103.6%之间,以优化后实验条件对九种组分进行检测结果满意。结论:优化后的基质改进剂有效地改善了部分极性有机磷组分的分离效果,样品检测结果的平行性和重复性较好,本实验对车间空气中有机磷的有关优化研究参数可以作为实际检测分析的参考,适用于实验室常规车间空气中有机磷检测。Objective:In order to improve the sensitivity and feasibility of the determination of organic phosphorus,some relative detection conditions should be optimized.Methods: After sample desorption with methanol or acetone,the target analytes in desorption solution were detected by the flame photogrammetric detector(FPD) with the addition of matrix modifying reagents.Results: The retention time of nine compounds was stable,and the peak profile was sharp with complete base separation degree.Recovery rates were located within the range of 91.6%~103.6%,and the detection results were satisfactory.Conclusion: The optimized matrix modifying reagent effectively improved the separation effects,and the repeatability of sample detections was satisfied.The optimized conditions can be applied to practical determinations,moreover,the current methods will be applied to the common analysis of the organic phosphorus in the workshop air.
