GC-MS法快速检测蒸馏酒与饮料中多种邻苯二甲酸酯

摘　　要：建立同时测定6种邻苯二甲酸酯的气相色谱质谱联用分析方法。选用正己烷提取。采用气相色谱质谱联用进行检测,整个分离过程在12.5分钟内完成。6种邻苯二甲酸酯检出限达到0.04mg/kg,添加水平在0.04mg/kg 0.8mg/kg时,回收率达到83.6%106.2%,相对标准偏差在2.6%7.2%之间,本方法简便快捷,准确度高,可满足蒸馏酒与饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯的同时检测及确证工作的需要。A GC-MS method was established to simultaneously determine six phthalic acid esters.Extracted with n hexane and evaluated by GC-MS,the whole separation process was complete in 12.5min.The detection limit of Six kinds of phthalic acid ester was 0.04mg / kg.The recovery rate of six phthalic acid esters was 83.6% 106.2% when adding 0.2mg / kg 1.0 mg / kg of phthalic acid esters.The relative standard deviation was 2.6% 7.2%.This method is simple to operate and precision.It meets the requirement of simultaneously determine six phthalic acid esters in distillation alcohol and beverage.
