妇女儿童医院手术室护士职业价值观现状及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的调查妇女儿童医院手术室护士职业价值观现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用护士职业价值观量表对成都市两所三级甲等妇女儿童医院87名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士职业价值观得分为(3.38±0.53)分,信任维度得分最高为(3.64±0.57)分,行动主义维度得分最低为(3.15±0.67)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,职业规划、职称是手术室护士职业价值观的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应重点提高手术室护士行动主义维度的认知水平,在职业规划、职称方面给予更多的关注与支持,从而提高其职业价值观。Objective To investigate the status and related factors of professional value among operating room nurses in women and children＇s hospital. Methods A total of 87 operating room nurses from two 3A - level women and children＇s hospitals in Chengdu were recruited and questionnaired with Nursing Professional Values Scale - R. Results The score of professional value was （3.38 ± 0. 53 ）. The dimension of trust obtained the highest score with the score of （3.64 ± 0.57 ）, while the activism dimension got the lowest score of （3.15 ± 0.67 ）. The influencing factors of professional value were career planning and professional title （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion It is recommended that nursing managers should focus on increasing the activism dimension of operating room nurses, pay more attention and support on their career planning and professional titles, so as to improve their professional value.
