本科实习护生实习早期职业生涯规划的现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查本科护生实习早期职业生涯规划的现状及其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查问卷、职业生涯规划调查量表对144名本科实习护生进行调查。结果本科护生实习早期的职业生涯规划总分为(155.75±23.71)分。不同特征的本科实习护生在"护理专业是否为第一志愿""专业选择的决策者"及"选择护理专业的依据"3个方面比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论学校应加强本科护生的早期职业生涯规划教育,有利于稳定护理人才,提高护理队伍的整体素质水平。Objective To investigate the current career planning status and its influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students during the early clinical practice. Methods Totally, 144 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by general information questionnaire and career planning questionnaire. Results The total score of career planning questionnaire was （ 155.75 ± 23.71 ）. The differences among the undergraduate nursing students with different characteristics were statistically significant in three dimensions, which were whether nursing was first choice, major decision maker and reasona to choose nursing （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The career planning education for undergraduate nursing students should be strengthened, which can help to stabilize nursing talents and improve the quality of nursing team.
