摘 要:目的探索护理垂直管理体系下绩效考评的做法与效果。方法根据各岗位的技术含量、风险、责任、工作量等要素,确定护理绩效分值,实行护理单元考评和护士个人考评。根据工作效率、工作质量和工作效益的权重比例进行护理单元绩效考评;根据护士个人工作效率、工作质量、工作业绩的权重比例进行护士个人考评。结果护士对工作满意度提高(P<0.05);患者对护理工作的满意度提升(P<0.01)。结论绩效考评可以充分调动护士的工作积极性,提高护理管理的效率。Objective To explore the practice and effects of performance appraisal under the vertical management system of nursing. Methods The score of performance appraisal was determined according to technical content, risk, responsibility workload and other elements of each nursing position. The performance appraisal for the caring unit and indiviual nurses was implemented. Evaluation of caring unit was done by the proportion of work efficiency and working quality. Evaluation of the nurse was done according to the working quality and work efficiency of the nurse themselves. Results After the implementation of the new system, the job satisfaction of clinical nurses was improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the patients satisfaction also increased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Performance appraisal can fully mobilize the nurses'working enthusiasm,thus improving the efficiency of nursing management.
