摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-9mRNA在食管鳞状细胞癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达是否存在差异。方法应用RT-PCR(逆转录-聚合酶链式反应法)检测MMP-9mRNA在100例食管鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达。结果 MMP-9mRNA在癌组织中的表达率为48.0%(48/100),MMP-9mRNA在癌旁组织中的表达率为16.0%(16/100),统计学分析差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.529,P=0.000);MMP-9mRNA的表达与肿瘤浸润深度有关(χ2=4.488,P=0.034),与肿瘤淋巴结转移无关(χ2=0.617,P=0.432),与患者性别无关(χ2=2.519,P=0.113),与患者年龄无关(χ2=3.107,P=0.078),与肿瘤分化程度无关(χ2=2.091,P=0.148)。结论 MMP-9可能在食管鳞状细胞癌的肿瘤产生及肿瘤进展方面起了促进作用,但在食管鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移转移方面可能不发挥关键作用。Objective To explore whether there are differences of MMP-9mRNA expression exist between cancer tissues and the matched adjacent normal tissues among patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） was adopted to detect the expressions of MMP-9mRNA in 100 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and the matched adjacent normal tissues. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-9m RNA in carcinoma tissues was 48.0χ^2 （48/100）and its positive expression rate in the matched adjacent normal tissues was 16.0% （16/ 100）, in which the analyzed statistical difference was of statistical significance （χ^2 =23. 529, P =0. 000）; There was a correlation between the positive expression of MMP-9 mRNA and the depth of tumor infiltra tion（χ^2 =4. 488, P =0. 034）, but no eorrelation existed among the lymph node metastasis （χ^22 =0. 617, P =0. 432）, the sex of patients（χ^2 =2. 519, P =0. 113）, the age of patients （χ^2 =3. 107, P =0. 078） and the differentiation of tumor （χ^2 =2. 091, P =0. 148）. Conclusion MMP-9 may play a very important role in carcinogenesis of esophageal squamous eell carcinoma and it＇s development on infiltration, but it has no effect on the lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
