3种牙本质粘接剂粘结强度的对比观察

摘　　要：目的对比3M第五代全酸蚀Single Bond、第五代自酸蚀可乐丽菲露Cleafil及3M第七代易邦德粘Easyone的粘接强度,评价其粘接效果,为临床应用提供参考。方法选择120颗正畸减数拔除的离体前磨牙,随机分为4组:3M第五代全酸蚀Single Bond组(A组),第五代自酸蚀可乐丽菲露Cleafil组(B组),3M第七代易邦德粘Easyone组(C组),选择性酸蚀+第五代自酸蚀可乐丽菲露Cleafil组(D组)。用电子万能测力机测定剪切力并进行对比分析,采用单因素方差分析进行组间差异比较。结果 A、B、C、D组的抗剪切粘结强度分别为(5.56±1.48)、(3.60±1.23)、(2.40±0.99)、(3.76±1.18)Mpa。A组粘接强度最高,C组粘接强度最弱,B组与D组粘接强度介于两者之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3M第五代全酸蚀Single Bond组粘接强度最高,在临床中对固位力要求较高的可选用。对于深层牙本质的粘接尽量选用第五代自酸蚀可乐丽菲露Cleafil SE-Bond及3M第七代易邦德粘Easyone。Objective To reveal the shear bond strength of the fifth generation total etching Single Bond, the fifth generation self etching Cleafil SE Bond and the seventh generation self etching EasyOne, and to evaluate their adhesive effects so as to provide the reference for clinical application. Methods Choose 120 hearts subtracted premolars from pull out of orthodontics. The 120 teeth were divided into 4 groups ran domly： The fifth generation total etching Single Bond group （group A）, The fifth generation self etching Cleafil SE Bond group （group B）, The seventh generation self etching EasyOne group （group C）, selective acid scarification plus The fifth generation self etching Cleafil SE Bond （group D）. We determined the shear force, analyzed the differences among those groups by the electronic universal force measurement machine. Results The results of each shearing bond strength were （5.56±1.48）, （3.60± 1.23）, （2.40 ±0.99）, （3.76±1.18）. Conclusion Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences （P 〈0.05） in shear bonding strength for single factor analysis of variance to the four groups. The shear bonding strength of single-Bond is the best, which can be used in the clinical that demands high retention.we can choose the fifth generation self etching Cleafil SE Bond and the seventh generation self etching easy one for some deep dentine bonding.
