摘 要:变电站巡检机器人可以帮助巡检人员完成大量的重复性工作,不仅仅节省人力成本,还可以避免由于人员懈怠所可能导致的安全隐患。而一套完整的巡检机器人监控与操作系统是变电站巡检机器人能否正常工作的关键。正是介绍如何系统地设计与实现变电站巡检机器人操控系统。包括协助巡检工作人员完成巡检任务的人机交互软件,以及为了实现无人巡检所采用的仪表设备图像处理算法。着重介绍了监控软件的设计,通过运用设计模式的方法,模块化、层次化的实现各个控制功能,处理室外无人作业的巡检机器人可能遇到的各种突发异常,让整个巡检系统可以安全平稳的运行。Substation inspection robot can help patrol officers to complete a lot of repetitive work, not only save on labor costs, and also avoid the security risks that could lead by the personnel slack. A complete set of monitoring and operating system for inspection robot is the key to the substation inspection robot can work. This article is describes how to design the substation inspection robot manipulation system, including the human-computer interaction software to help patrol staff complete the inspection task, as well as the algorithm used in order to achieve unmanned patrol image processing for detecting instrumentation. This paper focuses on the design of the monitoring software, through the use of design patterns, modular, hierarchical achieve control functions to handle the unexpected abnormal that inspection robot may encounter outdoor, so that the entire patrol system can be a safe and smooth opera- tion.
