摘 要:目的分析贵州省男男性行为人群(MSM)中,未经抗病毒治疗的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者耐药突变的情况。方法采集贵州省MSM中未经治疗的HIV感染者血样,进行核酸提取、反转录-聚合酶链反应检测及基因测序分析,所得结果登录美国斯坦福大学HIV耐药数据库进行在线分析,确定耐药突变情况。结果 49例样本中成功获得41例基因序列,3例发生潜在低度耐药,耐药相关突变率为22.4%,其中8例存在蛋白酶抑制剂次要耐药相关突变,3例存在非核苷类反转录酶抑制剂相关突变。结论贵州省MSM中未经治疗的HIV感染者少数存在原发耐药相关基因变异,原发耐药株处于较低流行状态,须加强对该人群的监测。Objective To understand human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) drug resistant mutation rate in HIV infected men who have sex with men(MSM) in Guizhou Province.Methods Blood samples were taken from local HIV infected MSM who were anti-HIV treatment nave to extract nucleic acid and detect RT-polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and gene sequencing.The results were analyzed with HIVdb-Drug Resistance Algorithm,and genotypic resistance mutations of particular anti-HIV drugs were determined.Results A total of 41 pol gene sequences were amplified from 49 samples.Three cases had potential minor drug resistance.The overall prevalence of drug resistant mutations was 22.4%.Eight samples displayed minor resistant mutations in the protease gene.Genotypic resistance to non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NNRTI) was observed in 3 cases.Conclusion The primary HIV drug resistant mutations do exist in a few HIV infected MSM in Guizhou,but the prevalence of the original drug resistant strain is relatively low.Surveillance targeting this population group should be strengthened.
