摘　　要：为了提高中职学校对护理技能的训练水平,总结某中等职业学校参加护理技能大赛的组织与管理。主要方法是:科学组织管理,成立特色辅导小组,如领导小组、技能训练小组、健康管理小组、后勤保障小组,全面负责大赛的组织、策划、辅导和协调。2007～2012年参加全省护理技能大赛,均取得团体一等奖。认为成立特色辅导小组下的大赛组织管理模式,对提高护理技能教学质量有明显的指导作用。In order to improve the level of skills training in vocational school,the organization and management of a secondary vocational school to participate in the nursing skills competition was summarized. The measures included scientific organization and management,establishment of specialty counseling groups,such as the leading group,skills training group, health management team,logistical team. These groups were responsiiJle for the organization,planning,counseling and coordination of the competition. The vocational school won first prize of group from 2007 to 2012. The organization and management mode in competition, especially counseling groups have a significant role in guiding teaching of nursing skills.
