腭咽环扎术在双侧腭裂患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研制环扎子用于腭咽环扎术，解决咽腔缩窄程度难以量化的问题。方法根据各年龄组正常咽腔大小，制作五种不同型号的环扎子，用于手术中，使腭咽部环扎松紧度得到量化。结果临床应用于腭裂患者151例，经过一年到十年的回访，术后语音全部得到明显改善或完全恢复。结论此方法可使患者术后咽腔恢复至正常大小，腭咽闭合功能恢复正常，是腭裂修补较为理想的整复方法之一。Object Developing ring ligators used in palatopharyngeal ring tied operation could resolve the difficulty of quantizing cavum pharyngeal coarctation degree. Methods According to the normal cavum pharyngeal of each age group, making five types of cerclage utended in operation to cause palatopharyngeal ring tied slack to quantize.Results Clinic utending 131 cleft palate patients, and they who experienced one-to-ten-year return visit all their phonetic get marked improvement or complete recovering after operation.Conclusion This method can cause the after-operation patients＇ cavum pharyngis to recover the normal dimension, palatine and pharynx close normal, which is a comparative ideal restitutio modus of repairing cleft palate.
