鬼针草叶治疗非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察鬼针草叶治疗非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法前瞻性随机对照研究。32例(64眼)非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为A、B两组,在严格控制血糖及血压基础上,A组口服鬼针草叶(15.0g),B组口服安慰剂维生素C片0.1g,均每日3次,饭前0.5h口服,两组均常规口服羟苯磺酸钙分散片0.5g,每日3次,连续服用21d。观察患者治疗前后视力、眼底荧光血管造影、眼底照相及中医症候的变化。结果治疗21d后,视力提高38眼,其中A组24眼(75.0%),B组14眼(43.8%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);32眼治疗后最佳矫正视力>0.05,其中A组22眼(68.8%),B组10眼(31.2%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组眼底病变治疗有效率为31.3%,总有效率81.3%;B组有效率21.9%,总有效率65.6%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组中医症候显效率31.3%,总有效率81.3%;B组显效率18.8%,总有效率62.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鬼针草叶可提高非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变患者视力,有效改善其眼底病变及减轻中医症候。Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of spanishneedles herb on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy （NPDR）. Methods A prospective random- ized controlled trial was carried out. Thirty-two cases（54 eyes） of NPDR were randomly and evenly divided into group A and group B. On the basis of a strict control of blood sugar and pressure, group A was orally administered with spanishneedles herb（ 15.0 g ,3 times per day） ,group B was orally administered with placebo vitamin C（ 15.0 g,3 times per day） ;The administration was made 0.5 hour before every meal, and the treatment lasted 21 days. Comparisons of vision, fundus fluorescein angiography （ FFA）, fundus photography and traditional Chinese medicinl （TCM） syndrome before and after the treatment were made. Results After the treatment, visual acuity of 38 eyes improved, 24 eyes（75.0% ） were in group A,14 eyes（43.8% ） were in group B. The difference between the two percentages was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. BCVA of 32 eyes were higher than 0.05 after the treatment,22 eyes（68.8% ） were in group A, l0 eyes （31.2% ） were in group B. The difference between the two percentages was of statisti cal significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Effective rate of treatment for fundus disease of group A was 31.3% ,the overall effective rate was 81.3% ,the two rates of group B were 21.9% and 55.6% , respectively. Effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B （P 〈 0.05 ）. Effective rate of treatment for TCM syndromes of group A was 31.3% , the overall effective rate was 81.3% ,the two rates of group B were 18.8% and 52.5% ,respectively. Overall effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Spanishneedles herb can improve the vision of patients with NPDR and effectively alleviate their fundus diseases and TCM syndromes.
