摘　　要：目的研究Nectin-4在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织、正常乳腺组织及乳腺纤维腺瘤中的蛋白表达水平,探讨Nectin-4与乳腺浸润性导管癌临床病理参数之间的关系及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(IHC)检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及其周围正常组织、20例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中Nectin-4蛋白的表达水平。结果(1)Nectin-4在乳腺癌中的表达明显高于在癌周正常组织和乳腺纤维腺瘤中的表达,差异有统计学意义;(2)Nectin-4的表达与乳腺癌的病理分级呈正相关,与乳腺癌的患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移无统计学意义;(3)Nectin-4蛋白表达与EP、PR、CerbB-2之间无明显相关。结论 Nectin-4是一个乳腺癌预后不良的指标。Objective To research the protein levels of Nectin-4 in tissues of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast,normal tissues and breast fibroadenoma tissues, and to investigate the clinical significance and the relationship between Nectin-4 and the elinicopathological parameters of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast. Methods Protein levels of Nectin-4 protein was evaluated by immunohistochemistry （IHC） in 60 cases of breast invasive duetal carcinoma tissues and their adjacent tissues, 20 c, ases of breast benign lesions tissues. Results （ 1 ） The positive expression of Nectin-4 protein was higher in tissues of breast carcinoma than that in cancerous peripheral tissues and tissues of fibroadenoma of breast （ P 〈 O. 01 ）. （2） The expression of Neetin-4 was positively correlated with pathological grading （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with age, tumor sizes and lymph node metastases. （3） The expression of Nectin-4 was not related to expression of ER,PR and CerbB-2 protein. Conclusion Nectin-4 is a poorly prognostic marker in breast cancer.
