MSCT对18例腹膜后恶性肿瘤的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT对腹膜后恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对18例经病理证实的腹膜后恶性肿瘤的MSCT资料进行回顾性分析。结果 18例恶性肿瘤中CT定位正确16例(88.9%),区分良、恶性正确15例(81.8%),组织类型诊断正确12例(66.7%)。MPR成像显示肿瘤和周围器官的空间关系及对周围器官的侵犯较直观、准确。结论 MSCT对腹膜后恶性肿瘤定位诊断有较高价值,对定性诊断有较大帮助,对病理类型诊断有一定限度,MPR成像对肿瘤的术前评价有较大价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT in retroperitoneal malignant tumors. Methods The MSCT materials of reh＇operitoneal malignant tumor from 18 cases were retrospectively analysed. Results Of 18 cases, the lesions were localized correctly by MSCT in 16 cases （88.9%） ; the nature of malignant and benign tumors was correclly diagnosed with MSCT in 15 eases（ 81.8% ） ,and the pathologic types of tumor were correctly evaluated in 12 ,cases （66.7%）. MPR showed important value in the correct localization. Conclusions MSCT is reliable for localization of retroperitoneal malignan! tumor,and useful for the diagnosis of the nature of tumors but limited for the evaluation of pathologie types. MPR is hellpful for preoperative evaluation.
