榄香烯乳联合CHOPE化疗方案治疗复发或难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较榄香烯乳联合化疗药物治疗复发或难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)和常规化疗治疗复发或难治性NHL的疗效和不良反应。方法选择复发或难治性NHL72例,并随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:榄香烯乳300 mg加入5%GS 500 mL中静脉滴注,持续用药14天.同时联合CHOPE(CTX 0.75 g/m2静脉注射第1天,IDA 12 mg/m2静脉注射第1天,VDS 4 mg静脉注射第1天,DXM 15 mg静脉滴注第1-5天,VP16 0.1 g静脉滴注第1-3天)化疗;对照组单用联合化疗方案,用量用法同治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率81.6%,对照组总有效率41.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组CR率36.9%,对照组CR率14.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论榄香烯乳对治疗难治性或复发性NHL疗效肯定,比单用常规化疗效果好,且不良反应少,无血象和骨髓抑制。Objective To compare and contrast the effect and side effect of Elemenum Emulsion in combination with chemotherapy and conventional chemotherapy for intractable or recurrent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods Seventy-two cases of intractable or recurrent non-Hodgkin lymphoma were selected and randomized into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Elemenum Emulsion 300 mg/d intravenous drip for 14 days,and simultaneously combined with CHOPE therapy [ CTX 0.75 g/（ ㎡· d） d 1 ,IDA 12 mg/（m㎡· d） d 1, VDS4 mg d 1 ,DXM 15 mg/d d 1 -5 and VP16 0. 1 g d 1 -3]. The control group was treated with the CHOPE chemotherapy alone. The dosage and schedule of chemotherapy were the same for the two groups. Results The response rates of the treatment group and the control group were 81.6% and 41.2% , respectively （P 〈0.05）. The CR rates of the treatment and control groups were 36.8% and 14.7%, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of the Elemenum Emulsion plus CHOPE chemotherapy for intractable or recurrent non-Hodgkin lymphoma is positive and better than that of the CHOPE chemotherapy alone with fewer adverse reaction and no hemogram and marrow suppression.
