摘　　要：目的研究X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein,XIAP)、生存素(Survivin)在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(nasal inverted papilloma,NIP)发生、发展及恶变中的表达情况。方法 NIP 45例,正常鼻腔黏膜(nasal cavity mucosae,NM)10例,NIP组按不同病理分级分为三组,即无不典型增生组25例,伴有不典型增生组11例,恶变组9例,通过免疫组化SP法进行XIAP和Survivin检测。结果 XIAP、Survivin在NM、NIP组间的表达具有统计学意义(UXIAP=76.000,PXIAP<0.001;Usurvivin=150.000,Psurvivin=0.036),在NIP不同病理分级中,组织分化程度越低,XIAP与Survivin阳性表达强度越高,无不典型增生组及恶变组间的表达具有统计学意义。XIAP与Survivin表达正相关(rs=0.375,P=0.011)。结论XIAP和Survivin与NIP的发病及恶变有关。OBJECTIVE To explore the expression of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein （XIAP） and survivin in sinonasal inverted papilloma （NIP） . METHODS Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of XIAP and survivin in 45 specimens of NIP, 10 specimens of nasal cavity mucosa （NM） . There were 25 specimens of NIP without dysplasia, 11 with dysplasia, and 9 with canceration to squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） . RESULTS The positive expression of XIAP and survivin had significantly differences between the NM and NIP group （UxAP=76.000, PxAP 〈 0.001; Usurvivin=150.000, Psorivn=0.036） . The expression between NIP without dysplasia and SCC had significantly differences. The expression of XlAP positively correlated with the expression of survivin （rs=0.375, P=0.011） . CONCLUSION XlAP and survivin were associated with the growth and carcinogenesis of NIP.
