摘　　要：建筑工程量速算法有别于传统的统筹法,其思路是充分利用"梁、柱与建筑面积"三个基础数据,从平面与立面角度共同构建三维立体算量模式。文章提出建筑工程量速算法的概念、思路与操作步骤,以期能提高框架结构工程的工程量计算效率。Fast calculation method of engineering quantity is different from the traditional co-ordination method.Its idea is making full use of three basic datas：beams, columns and building area, and to build three-dimensional calculated volume from the plane and the facade.In this paper, concepts, ideas and steps of fast calculation method of engineering quantity are put forward, to improve the effi- ciency of the quantity calculation for frame structure engineering.
