摘  要:从山东省不同地区采集病、死肉鸭397份以及临床健康肉鸭200份,用特异性核酸探针对样品进行H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(H9N2AIV)、禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)、呼肠孤病毒(DRV)、鸭圆环病毒(DuCV)、传染性法氏囊病病毒(IB-DV)、禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒(REV)的检测。结果,自然发病肉鸭中H9N2AIV、aMPV、DRV、REV、DuCV、IB-DV检出率分别为57.43%、51.39%、38.54%、39.55%、29.47%、10.58%,且存在多重感染现象,二重和三重感染率分别为26.20%、18.89%,以aMPV和H9N2AIV、REV和DuCV检出率较高;而临床健康肉鸭群中H9N2AIV、aMPV、DRV、REV、DuCV、IBDV检出率均分别为7.00%、19.5%、15.5%、10.5%、24.00%、9.00%,呈阴性的和单一感染的样品分别占40.00%和28.00%;共感染率为32.00%,且主要是二重感染。上述结果表明,商品肉鸭群中普遍存在免疫抑制病病原体共感染的现象,这成为目前肉鸭发病和生长缓慢的重要流行病学因素之一。The samples of 397 sick ducks and 200 clinically healthy ducks were collected from dif ferent areas of Shandong province, then dot blot hybridization was used to detect avian influenza virus (AIV) ,avian pneumovirus (aMPV), duck avian reovirus (DRV), duck circovirus (DuCV), infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) and reticuloendotheliosis virus (REV). The results show that the detection rates of the six pathogens of sick ducks are 57.43% (H9N2) ,51. 39% (aMPV), 38.54% (DRV),39.55~ (REV),29.47~ (DuCV) ,10. 58% (IBDV) respectively,and coinfec tion is existed. The ratios of the dual infection and triple infection are 26.20%, 18.89~, among which the detection rates of aMPV and H9N2 or REV and DuCV are higher than others. The rati os of the six pathogens of 200 samples of clinically healthy ducks are 7.00% (H9N2 AIV) ,19.5% (aMPV),IS. 5% (DRV) ,10. 5% (REV) ,24. 00% (DuCV) ,9. 00% (IBDV) respectively,and neg ative and single infection are 40.00% and 28.00% ,the ratios of coinfection is only 32.00%. Mo reover dual infection is dominant. In conclusion,the coinfection of the immunosuppressive viruses has already been universal and it is one of the most important epidemiologic factors of morbidity and poor growth.
