摘　　要：在当今国际工程承包行业中,总承包合同逐渐成为工程发包的主流模式。总承包合同与单价合同有着本质的区别,如何做好总承包项目的合同管理,是当今国际总承包项目管理的一大重点和难题。结合大型国际总承包项目的项目管理工作实践,将心得与大家探讨。The Lump-sum Contract becomes the main contract mode for the current international engineering project, and there is essential difference with Unit-Price Contract. Contract Management is a priority and problem for the current international general contracting project. Based on large international Stipulated-Sum Contract projects, the author would like to share the experience with readers.
