摘　　要：信息技术与外语课程的全面整合使外语课程构成范式发生深刻转变,外语信息资源的重要性凸显出来。我国高校外语信息资源建设本世纪初开始提速,其建设过程呈现出投入较大,资源类型和开发模式日益丰富和多元化,利用率偏低,以及共享性较差等特点。针对这些特点和问题,本文对我国高校外语信息资源的建设、整合优化以及如何实现信息资源的效益最大化提出了建议及对策。The integration between information technology and foreign change of the latter and highlights the importance of foreign language language information resources at Chinese universities sped since then saw a rapid development, which is characterized mutuality.
