摘　　要：对产业集群和创新集群概念做分析对比,研究产业集群到创新集群演化的动力和路径。对福建省产业集群的发展历史和现状进行研究,探讨在福建创新集群建设的过程中,面临的不足和应采取的措施。The paper makes a contrast on the concept of industrial clusters and innovation clusters, studies the power and path about the evolution from industrial clusters to innovative clusters. The paper also analyzes the history and current status of the development of industrial clusters in Fujian Province. Countermeasures are given to solve the difficulty during the process of innovation cluster building in Fujian Province.
