摘　　要：基于创意产业能力素质模型的综述分析、我国企业创意人才的现状和开发困境的分析及企业进行创意人才开发应该坚持的原则,阐述能力素质模型在企业创意人才引进—培养—使用—调剂—测评—激励这些人才开发过程中的应用。Based on the summary of competency model in creative industries, the analysis of the status quo and development predicament of the creative talent in Chinese enterprises, the principle enterprises should adhere to in the development of creative talent, this article elaborates the competency model＇ s use in talent development process： introduction - training- use- relocation- evaluation- motivation.
