摘　　要：以国内15家高新技术企业为研究对象,对企业协同知识创新绩效的影响因素进行了实证研究。通过相关分析和回归分析,研究结果表明,关系强度、利益分配、领导行为、团队结构、激励策略、知识共享、知识创造和技术支持等8个因素均通过验证。并在实证研究的基础上,提出高新技术企业开展协同知识创新活动的建议。Empirical study on the influencing factors of the performances of collaborative knowledge innovation of high - tech enterprise was carried out, taking 15 hightech enterprises in China as the research object. By the analysis of eorrelation and regression, the results of study showed that 8 factors, such as strength of relationship, distribution of benefits, leadership behavior, team structure, incentive strategies, knowledge sharing, and technical support, had passed the verification. And the proposals of the activities of collaborative knowledge innovation of high - tech enterprise were proposed based on the empirical study.
