摘  要:目的探讨改良电休克治疗(MECT)中影响脑电抽搐时间的因素。方法回顾性分析2011年10月-2011年12月经MECT的111例精神障碍患者的临床资料,利用Pearson相关分析方法进行统计,分析异丙酚用量、性别、设定电量、动态阻抗等因素对脑电抽搐时间的影响。结果男性异丙酚用量平均值大于女性。女性的年龄、能量设定百分比、静态阻抗、动态阻抗均大于男性。与抽搐发作时间相关的因素是年龄、设定能量百分比。异丙酚剂量与脑电抽搐时间无相关。以脑电抽搐时间≥25 s为判定标准,男性的反应率高于女性。结论行MECT时,需考虑患者年龄对发作时间的影响,异丙酚可安全用于MECT中。Objective To investigate relative factors influencing electroencephalogram (EEG) seizure duration during modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT). Methods The clinical data of 111 inpatients with psychiatric disorders treated from October 2011 to December 2011 were collected to analyze the relations between the dosage of propofol used for MECT and EEG duration by Pearson correlation with consideration on such relative factors as age, energy set (%), dynamic impedance and statistic impedance. Results The mean dosage ofpropofol differed significantly between men and women, with higher dosage for men than women. There was a significant trend for higher mean energy set (%) in women than in men, and age had the same trend. Of all the demographic and clinical features, age and energy set (%) were significantly related to EEG seizure duration. Taking EEG seizure duration≥ 25 seconds as an effective standard, the rate of treatment response to ECT for men was lower than that for women numerically. Conclusions Propofol can be applied to MECT with no adverse effect on treatment response. Age is an important factor for usage of propofol, and it should be taken into account when administrating MECT.
