摘　　要：当今社会,新媒体已充分改变了团员青年的学习、生活、交流等方式,高校共青团组织只有尽快地适应新媒体时代,充分运用好新媒体独特的优势,利用好新媒体的特点,才能实现高校共青团工作模式的创新,才能更好的服务青年,真正发挥党的后备军的正能量。Nowadays, new media has fully changed young people＇s learning style, life-style and commu- nicative means . Only when the league adapting to the new media era as soon as possible, along with con- tinuous innovation in operating mode, as well as making full use of new media＇s unique advantages and features, will it be able to serve the youth better and to develop the positive energy of Party＇s reserve force.
