摘  要:目的:探讨临床情景模拟教学在提高护生人际沟通能力中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取二年制护理专升本科一年级学生185名为研究对象,采用自身前后对照的方法,在护生人际沟通课程教学中分别采用临床情景模拟教学法与常规教学法,比较两种方法的教学效果。结果:两种方法教学效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在人际沟通课程中实施临床情景模拟教学可培养学生临床思维、提高沟通能力,重视全程设计和组织管理是教学成功的关键。Objective:To discuss the application methods of the clinical scene simulation teaching in improving the interpersonal communication ability of nursing students and evaluate the effect. Methods: 185 grade one undergraduate students who upgraded from junior college were taken as the object of study. The clinical scene simulation teaching and the conventional teaching method were respectively used in the teaching of interpersonal communication. The teaching effect was compared between the two teaching methods by self - control method. Results : There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the teaching effect between the two teaching methods ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The clinical scene simulation teaching method can cultivate student's clinical thinking and improve communication skills in the teaching of interpersonal communication. Strengthening the whole - course design, organization and management is the key to the success of teaching.
