摘  要:目的:采用多种方法处理"白木香通体造香技术"所结沉香,全面分析其挥发性成分。方法:分别采用固相微萃取法、动态顶空吹扫捕集法、丙酮萃取法三种前处理方法提取沉香药材中的挥发性成分并进行GC-MS分析。结果:三种方法共检测出113个化学成分,以倍半萜类、芳香族类成分为主,其中有67个成分是未报道过的;同时检出了沉香特征性有效成分沉香螺旋醇、苄基丙酮、甲基色酮。结论:通过对沉香样品中挥发性成分的全面分析,发现新方法所结沉香的化学成分与天然沉香相似,且含有天然沉香中的主要有效成分。Objective: To analyze volatile constituents from Chinese eaglezeood by the technical of Aquilaria sinensis quintana mak ing incense with different kinds of experimental methods. Methods: The methods of SPME, Dynamic Headspace Sweep Collection and Acetone extraction were used to extract volatile constituents from the Chinese eaglewood, and analyzed the composition by GC- MS. Results: 113 chemical compounds was tested out through with the three ectraction methods, all the volatile Constituents were mainly composed of sesquiterpenes and aromatic composition, 67 chemical constituents were not reported be{ore~ meanwhile, it also contains characteristic active ingredients Agarospirol, Benzyl acetone and Methylchromone. Conclusion: It reached a conclusion that the eompouds in the Chinese eaglewood by a new kind of eaglewood formation technology is similar with natural eaglewood, and the main efficacious components are same between the Chinese eaglewood and natural eaglewood.
