长春西汀与奥扎格雷联合治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨长春西汀联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:分析80例急性脑梗死患者的资料,根据其治疗方式分为对照组及治疗组各40例,两组均给予奥扎格雷注射液治疗,观察组加用长春西汀,连续治疗2周,采用NIHSS评分系统对两组患者神经功能进行评价,Baethel指数对日常生活能力进行评价,治疗前后测定患者血液流变水平。结果:观察组患者NIHSS评分、Baethel评分、血液流变指标改善均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死可显著提高神经功能,改善血液流变指标,效果满意。Objective. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vinpocetine joint ozagrel treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Conchlsion. Vinpocetine joint ozagrel treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the neurological function, improve blood rheology indicators, the results were satisfactory.
