摘 要:研究了14种氨基酸对大肠杆菌BL21生长的影响。研究表明,在以氨基酸为唯一氮源的培养基中,氨基酸对菌体生长的影响可分为三类:(1)能完全被利用的氨基酸:谷氨酰胺、天冬酰胺、丝氨酸;(2)部分被利用对菌体生长有限制的氨基酸:谷氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸和亮氨酸;(3)不能被利用的氨基酸:苯丙氨酸、组氨酸、甲硫氨酸、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸和苏氨酸。而在无机氮源存在时,单一氨基酸对大肠杆菌生长的影响可分为两类:(1)能完全被利用的氨基酸:谷氨酰胺、天冬酰胺、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸;(2)对生长有一定促进作用的氨基酸:精氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸等。The effects of 14 kinds of amino acids on the growth of Escherichia coli BL21 were investigated. The results showed that the effects of amino acid on the growth of Escherichia coli BL21 in media containing amino acids as the sole source of nitrogen could be divided into three categories. ( 1 ) the glutamine, asparagine, serine could be completely uti- lized. (2) glutamate, glycine, alanine, arginine and leucine could be partly utilized but the growth of E. coli was limited. (3) phenylalanine, histidine, methionine, isoleucine, lysine and threonine could not be utilized. When inorganic nitro-gen source existed, the effect of single amino acid on growth mine, asparagine, serine glutamate, glycine, alanine could be acids could promote the growth of E. coli to some degree. of E. coli could be divided into two categories.
