摘　　要：介绍了NKY改性树脂乳液的合成,以蛇山抽水泵站为例,针对泵站站身等水工结构碳化的特点,进行了水工钢筋混凝土防碳化保护的设计及其施工工艺的开发。蛇山抽水泵站站身及上下游翼墙等防碳化处理已施工完成,NKY砂浆性能稳定;通过第三方检测,各项指标均达设计要求。The synthesis of NKY modified resin emulsion is introduced by this article,and set the SheShan pumping station for example, according to the characteristics of concrete carbonization of hydraulic structures such as the pump station,the design of reinforced concrete anti-carbonation protection and the anti-carbonation construction technology are introduced. Anti-carbonation construction of SheShan pump station itself and upstream and downstream wing wall has been completed, NKY mortar performance was stable. Through third-party testing, the indices reached the design requirements.
