摘 要:针对合作困境中个体贡献不易独立测量难题,提出基于人力资本内质优势结构的民主评价方法。以最大程度尊重个性优质能力为出发点,提出人力资本内质优势结构的概念及测量技术,将其引入个体寻优模型和民主综合评价方法。能够定量刻画成员各指标优势相对度,客观生成同类优势结构下学习标杆,明晰个体贡献及其差异溯源的功能。具有区别于外在结构而强调内质结构,从最有利于成员的角度确定个性化价值参数,突破传统自上而下的评价模式,依托同行优势表达民主,提高成员信任及优势互补意愿,公平平衡成员利益等优点。通过算例证明了方法的科学性和有效性。Aiming at the difficulty in measuring individual contribution in teamwork, this paper puts forward a democratic contribution evaluation and analysis method based on human capital inner quality advantage structure. Respecting each one's value as much as possible, the concept of inner advantage structure and measurement technique are put forward, introducing them into individual compliance optimization modeling and democratic comprehensive method, which can describe member each indicator relative superiority degree, quantitatively identifying member different contribution and figure out reason of different members with different contribution. This metbodey emphasizes the endoplasm structure rather than external structure, from the most benefit point to determine individual value parameter, thus breaking through the traditional top-down evaluation model, relying on the advantage of counterparts to expression democracy, trust and intention to advantage complementary, fair to balance the interests of all members. Effectiveness and feasibility of proposed method are illustrated by calculation example.
