摘 要:5A06合金薄壁壳体原来采用棒料胎膜锻成形,机加余量大,生产成本高。通过工艺分析,提出了板料拉深成形的工艺方案,经过对模具的优化设计,采取拉深件中间退火措施,消除了冷变形强化,提高了材料的拉深成形性能,得到了尺寸满足加工要求且力学性能指标合格的工件。采用新的工艺方法成形壳体,可提高材料利用率3倍以上,机加余量减少了88%,大大降低了成本。The thin-walled shell of 5A06 alloy is originally formed by rod material through loose tool forging, which has big machining allowance and high cost. The deep-drawing method of sheet was put forward by process analysis. Through the optimal design of the mold, and adapting the intermediate annealing measure during the drawing process, the cold deformation strengthening was greatly eliminated, the forming properties of the material were improved and the right size of workpieces with the qualified mechanical properties were obtained. With new process, the material uti lization can be increased three times more than before, the machining margin decreases by 88%, and the cost is greatly reduced.
