摘　　要：以我国设立技术竞争情报部门或开展技术情报活动的企业为研究对象,全面系统地分析企业技术竞争情报活动与技术创新绩效之间的关系。提出情报资源保障、情报流程活动和组织模式等构成要素影响企业技术情报能力,企业技术情报能力最终又影响企业技术创新绩效的理论框架。通过对131家样本企业的问卷调查和实证分析,借助统计分析和结构方程模型,深入地分析企业技术情报资源保障、流程活动以及组织模式是如何影响企业技术情报能力并进而影响到企业的技术创新绩效的。This paper taking the Chinese firms, who set up a competitive technical intelligence function or conduct technical intelligence activities as the research object, did a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the relationship between the enterprise competitive technical intelligence activities and technological innovation performance. The theoretical framework was proposed in which intelligence resources allocation and intelligence process activities and organizational mode have a positive effect on capability of technical intelligence enterprise which eventually will affect the technological innovation performance. Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis on 131 firms in China, this paper analyzes in detail the mechanism of how firms＇ technical intelligence resources, process actives and organizational model affect the capability of technical intelligence and thus the innovation performance recurring to SPSS and SEM （Structural Equation Model）.
