柳氮磺胺吡啶结合双料喉风散保留灌肠对溃疡性直乙状结肠炎疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨柳氮磺胺吡啶结合双料喉风散保留灌肠对轻中度溃疡性直乙状结肠炎疗效的影响。方法:将55例溃疡性直乙状结肠炎随机分为治疗组29例和对照组26例,两组在口服柳氮磺胺吡啶的基础上,分别予双料喉风散和地塞米松灌肠,疗程4周。观察两组起效时间、内镜缓解率、临床缓解率与复发率以及不良反应。结果:治疗组起效时间明显快于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肠镜缓解率及临床疗效均明显优于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柳氮磺胺吡啶结合双料喉风散保留灌肠治疗轻中度溃疡性直乙状结肠炎具有起效快、临床疗效及内镜缓解率高,且无明显副作用,具有一定临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of sulfasalazine in combination with Shuangliao Houfeng San （HFS） retention enema in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate active ulcerative rectal- sigmoid inflammation. Methods A randomized controlled trial was performed in patients with histologically proven ulcerative rectal-sigmoid inflammation. Patients were randomized into treatment group （29 eases） and control group （26 cases）, and were separately given HFS enema or dexamethasone（DXM） enema for 4 weeks with the underlying basis of oral administration of sulfasalazine. The onset time, endoscopic remission rate, clinical remission rate, clinical relapse and medication side effects were observed in patients in the two groups during the course of treatment. Results The onset time in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The endoscopic remission rate and the clinical efficacy in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0,05, respectively）, but no significant differences were found in the recurrence rate between the two groups. Conclusions Much faster onset time, higher clinical efficacy and endoscopic remission rate, with no significant side effects were observed after receiving treatment with sulfasalazine in combination with HFS retention enema in patients with mild to moderate active ulcerative reetal-sigmoid inflammation.
