中医脑脏理论体系的构建及其临床应用

摘　　要：本文以中医理论为指导,针对以脑为"奇恒之腑"的传统理论来指导脑病临床已相对滞后的现状,在国医大师张学文教授指导下,倡导脑当为脏论,强调"脑之经脉为任督二脉而统帅诸阴诸阳",总结脑脏生理病理特点,阐明脑与五脏关系,概括脑病证治特点及其治疗原则,提出疑难脑病辨证论治当从痰瘀着手。并结合传统中药归经理论及其当前研究进展,探析可归脑经中药种类及药对,揭示脑病用药规律。According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory,this paper pointed to the lagging behind stage of the treatment of brain disease directed by traditional theory that the brain is called＂an extraordinary Fu-organ ＂,under the guidance of Professor Zhang Xuewen,advocated the brain should be the Fu organ,emphasized＂the brain meridian belong to the Ren and Du Channel and it managed Yin and Yang＂,Summarized the pathological characteristics of brain Zang physiological,clarify the brain and viscera,summarized characteristics of treating encephalopathy syndrome and treatment principle,put forward the difficulty on the treatment of encephalopathy syndrome when starting from the phlegm and blood stasis.Combined with the current progress in theory and traditional Chinese medicine,researched the kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and drugs which belongs to the brain meridian,revealed the medicinal laws of encephalopathy.
