摘　　要：城市新区开发与建设是我国当今城市发展的主要态势,但很多新区面临着大量农业人口向城市人口转化、城市社会服务设施和基本功能薄弱、新区入住率偏低、产业竞争力弱、新老城区功能衔接不够等诸多问题。针对这些问题,提出了城市新区产业高级化战略、社会服务强化策略以及新区有机成长的路径。Nowadays the construction and development of new development zone is the main trend of urban development in China,but many new development zones are facing the following problems: the pressure of transforming rural population to ur-ban population,the weakness of social services and basic functions in cities,the low occupancy rate in new buildings,the weak industrial competitiveness,the lack of functional linkage between old town and new development zones.In order to improve the status,some measures have been proposed: the strategy of upgrading industries,the strategy of strengthening the social services,and the path choice of improving organic growth in new development zone.
