摘　　要：精品课程网站的设计与开发是高校精品课程建设中不可或缺的内容。网络教学平台能够扩展教学形式,丰富教学资源,提高师生互动效率。在网站建设过程中,课程相关资料的积累是精品课程网站建设的基础,网站设计和制作技术是精品课程网站建设的保障,丰富的多媒体资源和人性化的师生互动平台是精品课程网站建设的灵魂,而网站的维护、更新和优化以及知识产权意识的建立是精品课程网站建设值得思考的主要问题。The design and development of elaborate course website is an indispensable content of construction of elaborate course in universities and colleges. Network teaching platform can extend teaching form, richen teaching resources, and improve the efficiency of the interaction between teachers and students. In the building process of the website, accumulation of course-related information is the base, website design and production technology is the guarantee, and rich multimedia resources and humanized interaction platform between teachers and students is the soul of the construction of elaborate course website. However, the maintenance, update and optimization of the website, as well as the establishment of intellectual property consciousness are the main questions of the construction which worthy of consideration.
