奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗老年急性胰腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对比探讨奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗老年急性胰腺炎的可行性。方法回顾性分析本院近年来收治的的70例老年急性胰腺炎患者,其中对照组行奥曲肽治疗(35例),研究组联合乌司他丁(35例);对比两组患者治疗前后的临床指标变化。结果治疗后,两组患者的临床及生化指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且两组间对比,研究组临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗老年急性胰腺炎,临床及生化指标改善程度显著优于单用药,值得推广。Objective To explore contrast octretide joint black company he d treatment of senile acute pancreatitis feasibility.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital were recent of 70 cases of elderly patients with acute pancreatitis,which control line octretide therapy（35 cases）,the team combined black company he d（35 cases）;Comparing the two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical indicators.Results After treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical and biochemical indexes is better than before treatment（P0.05）,and the comparison between the two groups,the team clinical index is better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The octretide joint black company he d treatment of senile acute pancreatitis,clinical and biochemical indicators to improve degree is significantly better than single use,is worthy to be popularized.
