摘 要:利用前人开发的34对籼粳分化InDel标记对来自全国多个省份的342份育种材料进行了籼粳属性鉴定,结果表明,59.65%的育种材料是典型籼稻或典型粳稻,26.61%的材料为渗入少量亚种间片段的籼稻或粳稻,偏籼、偏粳及籼粳中间型材料较少,仅为13.74%。明确育种材料的籼粳属性,有利于育种工作者根据需要选择合适籼粳成分的材料进行育种。The characteristic of indica or japonica of 342 rice breeding materials from many provinces in China was identified with the reported 34 indica-japonica differentiation InDel molecular markers. The results showed that, based on the indica index (Fi) or the japonica index (Fj), 59.65% of the tested breeding materials were typical indica ( Fi ≥0.90) or typical japonica ( Fi ≥10.90), and 26.61% of them were indica ( Fi = 0.75 - 0.89 ) or ja- ponica (Fj = 0.75 - 0.89) in which a few DNA fragments of the other subspeeific type had been introduced, while only 13.74% of the tested breeding materials belonged to indicaclinous (Fi =0.61 - 0.74) , japonicaclinous (Fj = 0.61 - 0.74) or intermediate type ( Fi or Fj = 0.40 - 0.60). Understanding of the indica or japonica characteris- tic of breeding materials is very helpful to rice breeders in choosing desirable crossing parents as needed to improve rice varieties.
