摘 要:针对松软煤层钻孔钻进深度较浅、成孔率不高等因素,采用套管钻进技术提高松软煤层钻孔成孔率和成孔深度。根据套管钻进对套管钻机夹持机构的功能要求,介绍了夹持机构的特点、结构组成和工作原理。通过对夹持机构的夹持力、夹持油缸夹持能力和卸扣油缸卸扣能力的计算分析,并对主体结构部件进行有限元分析,结果表明,夹持机构部件的参数选择和结构设计满足使用要求,为提高夹持机构的可靠性和套管钻机的整体性能提供了保障。According to the shallow borehole drilling, low borehole forming rate and other problems of the soft seam, the casing drilling technology was applied to improve the borehole forming rate and borehole forming depth of the soft seam.According to the function requirements of the clamping mechanism in the casing drilling rig for the casing drilling, the paper introduced the features, structure composition and working principle of the clamping mechanism. With the calculation analysis on the clamping force of the clamping mechanism, the clamping capacity of the clamping cylinder and the breaking capacity of the breaking cylinder and with the finite element analysis conducted on the main structure parts, the results showed that the parameter selection and the structure design of the clamping mechanism component could meet the application requirements and could provide the guarantee to the reliability of the clamping mechanism and the integral oerformances of the casing drilling rig.
