南京市篮球后备人才培养体制研究

摘　　要：研究采用文献资料法、访谈法和数理统计等方法对南京市篮球后备人才培养体制进行了研究分析,研究表明:南京市篮球后备人才培养模式包括体校培养模式、学校培养模式、学校体校相结合培养模式和社会力量培养模式。建议改革教练员选拔制度,加强文化素质和道德修养的培养,优化完善训练竞赛体制,促进训练水平的不断提高。By using the method of mathematical statistics, interviews, statistics analysis and so on, the author carried out an analysis of basketball training system of reserve personnel in Nanjing. The result shows that basket- ball training system of reserve personnel of Nanjing include sports school training mode, school training mode, combined training mode, social forces training mode. It proposes to reform the system for selecting coaches, im- prove the cultural quality and the cultivation of morality, optimize competition and training system, and promote levels of training.
