摘 要:目的观察不同慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者缓解期铁水平。方法测定COPD评估测试(CAT)评分小于20分及大于等于20分各30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者的血清铁,并与30例健康对照比较。数据采用SPSS 12.0统计软件,采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 CAT评分小于20分COPD患者血清铁水平与健康对照组差异无统计学意义,此两组患者血清铁水平均高于CAT评分大于等于20分组。差异有统计学意义。结论本研究表明CAT评分高的COPD患者血清铁水平显著下降,对这部分患者进行补铁治疗,可能可以改善CAT评分。Objective To observe the changes of serum iron in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in different COPD assessment tests (CAT) scores. Method 30 COPD patients with CAT〈20 scores and 30 COPD patients with CAT ≥ 20 scores at remission stage (RSCOPD) were examined concentrations of serum iron. Thirty healthy persons were selected as control group SPSS 12. 0 software was used to analyze the data. T test were used and P〈 0.05 was considered as significant. Result The serum iron decreased significantly in CAT ≥ 20 scores RSCOPD group than those in control group and CAT〈20 scores RSCOPD group (P〈 0.05). There is no significant difference between control group and CAT〈20 scores RSCOPD group in serum iron. Conclusion CAT≥ 20 scores RSCOPD group have lower serum iron than matched group, iron supplement may be effective to these patients, it will possibly improve some COPD patients' prognosis.
