摘 要:目的:研究64层螺旋CT轴扫扫描技术在巨块型肝癌患者随访中降低辐射剂量的作用。方法:巨块型肝癌患者并随访30例,分第1次扫描为螺旋扫描组(A组)、随访为轴扫描组(B组),均采用120KV管电压,自动毫安,噪声指数设定为8,分别进行平扫和增强动脉期、静脉期扫描,比较各组图像质量、噪声水平和有效辐射剂量。结果:两组患者身高、体重、CT图像噪声值以及图像质量评分之间差别无统计学意义。X线辐射剂量B组比A组降低约32.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT轴扫描技术在保证图像质量的同时,能有效降低巨块型肝癌患者腹部CT扫描的辐射剂量。Objective: To study the effect of low-dose 64-slice spiral CT cine scanning on follow-up patients with massive hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: 30 patients with massive hepatocellular carcinoma performed twice abdominal CT scans. Patients at the first time and the second time (during follow-up) received scanning were respectively divided into Group A and Group B. Patients in Group A were performed Smart-mA scanning, while patients in Group B were performed cine scanning. All examinations included plain, enhanced arterial and enhanced venous phase scanning. 120 KV tube voltage was used in all scanning, automatic mA, noise index was set to 8. Radiation dose, image quality scores and image noise were compared in each group. Results: Image quality scores and image noise were of no obvious difference in each group. 32.9% radiation dose was reduced in Group B than that in Group A (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Cine scanning technique in abdominal CT examinations can effectively reduce the radiation dose for massive hepatocellular carcinoma patients in follow-up.
