和爽和辉灵在肠镜诊疗前肠道准备中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较和爽和辉灵在肠镜诊疗前肠道准备中的清洁效果、不良反应及依从性。方法:将200例肠镜诊疗患者分为和爽组和辉灵组,分别采用和爽和辉灵进行肠道清洁准备,记录患者肠道清洁评分、依从性及不良反应。结果:两组肠道清洁度无明显差异(P>0.05),和爽组恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛比率高于辉灵组(P<0.05),但乏力比率低于辉灵组(P<0.05),辉灵组1例老龄患者出现严重低血容量性休克,辉灵组依从性高于和爽组(P<0.05)。结论:两种药物肠道清洁度相当,辉灵不良反应少、依从性高,但可出现低血容量,基础疾病较多、老年患者宜选用和爽。Objective： To compare the cleaning effect, adverse reaction and compliance of polyethy- lene glycol electrolytes powder with FLEET phospho-soda on bowel preparation before the entero- scopic diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 200 patients received the enteroscopic diagnosis and treatment were randomly divided into two groups, which were applied the respective the polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder and the oral FLEET phospho-soda to clean bowels, then the bowel cleaning scores, compliance and adverse reaction of patients were recorded. Results. There was no obvious difference between the two groups in the level of cleanliness of bowel preparation; the rate of feeling nausea, vomit, abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the polyethylene glycol elec-trolytes powder group was higher than that in the oral FLEET phospho-soda group （P^0.05）, while the rate of feeling week was lower than that in the oral FLEET phospho-soda group （P〈 0.05） ; one aged patient in the oral FLEET phospho-soda group suffered from serious hypovolemic shock, and the compliance level was higher than that of polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The bowel cleaning degree with the two medicine are almost the same. Polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder has less adverse reaction and high compliance but it might cause serious hypovolemic shock. So the aged patients with many underlying diseases are suggested to select the polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for bowel preparations.
