饮酒对高脂饮食家兔肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察饮酒对高脂饮食新西兰兔肾功能的影响。方法:用灌胃白酒及喂饲高脂饮食的方法,连续观察家兔血清中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平。结果:单纯高脂饮食组和单纯饮酒组家兔尿β2-MG均升高(P<0.05),BUN和Cr未见显著变化;高脂饮食+不同浓度饮酒使BUN、Cr和β2-MG均升高(P<0.05),且升高幅度与饮酒浓度和时间成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:长期饮酒和(或)高脂饮食可导致新西兰兔肾功能损伤,高脂饮食基础上饮酒会加重肾损伤的程度。Objective：To explore the effect of alcohol on renal function in New Zealand rabbits of hy- perlipid diet. Methods：The rabbits were administrated with hyperlipid diet and liquor, the urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine （ Cr ） and urinary 62 microglobulin （β2-MG） were serially analyzed in the rabbits. Results：The concentration of urinary β-MG was increased in the hyperlipid diet group and the simple drinking group（P〈0.05）, the concentration of BUN and Cr did not significantly change, In the groups feeded with hyperlipid diet adding different concentration alcohol at the same time, the levels of BUN, Cr and β2-MG rised（P〈0.05）,we found there was a positive correlation between the increasing amplitude and the adding alcohol concentration and feeding time （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Renal functions of the rabbits are damaged if they are administrated with hyperlipid diet or alcohol for long-term,and the damage degree would be aggravated if the rabbits are feeded with hyperlipid diet adding alcohol.
