摘 要:为降低台风、飓风、洪水等严重自然灾害情况下的人员伤亡和财产损失,研究大范围应急交通疏散变得越来越重要。以元胞传输模型(CTM)理论为基础,以最小化总行程时间为目标函数,构建应急交通疏散模型。基于数值求解与微观交通仿真方法,采用MathProg和Lp-solve对应急交通疏散模型进行数值求解,并利用VISSIM软件对疏散过程进行微观仿真。通过案例应用,将数值结果与仿真结果进行比较分析,得出两者具有较好的一致性。In order to reduce the casualties and property losses under natural disasters such as typhoons, hurricanes, floods, studying into large-scale emergency traffic evacuation becomes more and more impor- tant. Based on the theory of the CTM, an emergency traffic evacuation model was built with the total travel time to be minimized as its objective function. The numerical solution and the microscopic traffic simula- tion methods are combined together, the emergency traffic evacuation model was solved numerically, the evacuation process was simulated microscopicly using the microscopic traffic simulation software V1SS1M. Case study was carried out for the emergency traffic evacuation model, the MathProg and Lp-solve was used to have numerical solution for the model, which was analyzed and compared with the VISSIM simula- tion results, it shows that the numerical results are consistent with the simulation results.
