摘  要:结合沙特麦加城轨列车型式试验,在分析城轨列车牵引系统的组成及其热源分布和冷却设备布置的基础上,研究测点布置,设计城轨牵引系统热容量试验方案。牵引系统热容量试验主要对牵引电机、牵引逆变器的散热片和箱体内部空气、制动电阻及其出风口、轴箱轴承以及环境等的温度进行监测,另外还要对供电电压、牵引逆变器的输入和输出电流以及制动电阻的电压等电参数进行监测,据此确认城轨列车牵引系统各设备的工作状态。温度测试利用造车时预埋的和试验时设置的温度传感器进行;电参数的测试则通过布设的电压、电流传感器进行;选择站站停行车模式和启动加速—恒速运行—调速停车的试验工作周期进行城轨列车牵引系统热容量试验。按照设计的试验方案成功实施了沙特麦加城轨列车牵引系统热容量试验。Taking the type test of urban rail transit vehicle for Air Mashaaer AL Mugaddassah metro pro- ject as an example, testing points arrangement was studied and the scheme for the thermal capacity test on the traction system of urban rail transit was designed based on the analysis of traction system composition, heat source distribution and the arrangement of cooling devices for urban rail transit vehicles. In the ther- mal capacity test of traction system, traction motor temperature, heat sink and internal air temperature of traction inverter, brake resistor and its outlet temperature, axle box bearing temperature and environment temperature were measured. Besides, electrical parameters including supply voltage, input and output cur- rent of traction inverter, brake resistor voltage were monitored at the same time to verify the working con- ditions of all equipment in the traction system of urban rail transit vehicle. Preinstalled temperature sen- sors and sensors specially arranged before test were used for temperature measurement. Current and volt- age sensors installed were used to measure electrical parameters. Running schedule with stops at all sta- tions was adopted and working cycle including starting and acceleration, constant speed operation and stop with speed regulating braking was applied. The thermal capacity test for the traction system of urban rail transit vehicle for AL Mashaaer AL Mugaddassah metro project was successfully conducted according to the designed scheme.
