摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫肌瘤螺旋CT检查的表现及临床价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析46例经手术病理证实的子宫肌瘤的CT表现及手术病理资料。结果:壁间肌瘤34例,主要表现为子宫增大;黏膜下子宫肌瘤4例,表现为宫腔内卵圆形稍低密度占位性肿块;浆膜下肌瘤8例,主要征象是子宫肿块呈明显分叶状或子宫边缘的圆形肿块;肿瘤较大可有低密度坏死灶或钙化灶;增强CT扫描可显示肿瘤边缘及内部结构。结论:螺旋CT能显示子宫肌瘤的位置、大小以及与子宫的关系,对疾病诊断和治疗具有重要的价值。Purpose： To investigate the characteristics of spiral CT and evaluate its diagnostic value in Uterine myoma.Materials and Methods： CT characteristics of 46 Uterine myoma cases proved by operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results： 34 cases of intramural myoma with hysterauxesis;4 cases of submucous myoma with orbicularovate space occupyingmass in cavitary uter;8 cases of subserous myoma with CT features of clear and lobulatedmass or roundmass at the edge of the uterus.The larger myomas may have low density necrosis or calcification.Uterine myoma sometimes presented necrosis and calcification.Conclusion： By spiral CT scanning,CT shows great value in diangosing the sizes and positions of Uterine myoma and their relationship with uterine cavities,It has important value for preoperative planning.
